One of the few real philosophical storehouses of the web is to be found with Bruce B. Janz' African Philosophy Resources. Hardly any detailed piece of information about African philosophy or related branches is withhold: Links lead the visitor to relevant websites, philosophical magazines, societies and conferences, to pertinent course papers, mailing lists and sites about African philosophers, to bibliographic services and diverse africanistic, political and pedagogical material. Many links to websites of – predominantly academic – institutions make efficient investigation on the subject easy in the field of African universities. Janz' site is especially praiseworthy for going far beyond the scope of common collections of links by enriching his presentation with an unusual abundance of philosophical texts.
